Yes, ArmorGarage Urethane Cement is applied in one coat after doing a rough diamond grind or shot blast to give the slab a good profile for the urethane to bond to. You can leave it as a finished surface, or you can topcoat it with any of our topcoats to meet certain application requirements. You can also broadcast sand or non-slip additive onto the wet surface to provide a non-slip finish and then topcoat. It's a very versatile product.
