For low spots on flat roofs you need to apply the ArmorGarage Ponding Water Roof Coating to those areas and make sure the coating extends at least two feet beyond the perimeter of the low spot. If doing a combination of the standard roof coating and ponding water roof coating, apply the standard coating first and extend into the ponding area by two feet and then apply the ponding coating and overlap the standard coating by two feet so that standing water never sits on the standard coating. If more than 50% of the roof is ponding then we recommend using the ponding water roof coating on the entire roof.
