ResurFinish differs from Surface Bond in a few ways. ResurFinish is naturally a more textured finish and is applied with a Mohair roller, whereas Surface Bond goes on smooth with standard rollers or a flat squeegee and can be made textured with a textured roller. Both are vehicle-rated, but we would say Surface Bond is more commercial-duty and can handle public roadway traffic. Resurfinish pre-tinted version is made with unique heat-reflecting pigments that keep the surface it's applied to cool in direct sun, whereas Surface Bond does not have this technology. Surface Bond adheres to concrete, pavers, stone and asphalt surfaces while Resurfinish adheres to concrete and wood
