The question is a little confusing but if you mean yoy have a cement roof with a silicone coating already on it can you put an epoxy coating over that? The answer would be no, nothing sticks to silicone coatings. If you have a cement roof and want to know if you can apply a silicone coating to it, the answer is yes. You cannot put an epoxy coating on any type of roof or roof coating, that would be a guaranteed failure in a very short amount of time.
