So for a floor size of 20 x 20 which equals 400 sf you would add 5% extra for cutting waste. so it would be 400 x 1.05 = 420 sf is the total you need to order. $20 sf is 151 tiles. The tiles are sold by the square foot so all you need to worry about is putting the correct square footage into the Quantity Box and we take care of everything else.
