Our Basement Floor Epoxy Paint is made to be easily applied in dry basements. It's extra thick for superior durability and can be applied over VCT tiles or the black mastic adhesive underneath, with two coats of our Bonding Primer applied first. It's a great product to encapsulate old asbestos tiles. Can handle any amount of flooding from above or through foundation walls. If you have water intrusion from below the slab you must use our Wet Basement Epoxy Paint.
