Standard system: base coat dries in 5–7 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Always do a thumb test before applying the next layer or walking on the coating by pressing your thumb into the coating. If you don't see your thumbprint in the coating, you're good to go; if you do, give it more dry time. You can topcoat the same or next day, walk-on when dry to the touch, and vehicle traffic after 24–48 hours — typical installs run 2–3 days including prep. Need faster? The Fast Dry version primes and topcoats in a single day, and diamond grinding instead of acid etching saves another 1–2 days of floor-drying time.
