Epoxy first, then bolt the lift through the cured coating into the concrete — the coating won't chip out around the anchor holes, and you get finished floor under and around the lift instead of a bare rectangle. The columns' base plates and the point loads of a lift in use are no threat to the coating. Same answer for compressor mounts and anchored workbenches.
