No — this is a true 100% solids epoxy, meaning there's no solvent evaporating off as it cures, so odor is minimal compared to the paint-store products people fear. The military grade topcoat has a strong odor to it. Standard practice for attached garages: keep the garage-to-house door closed, and the garage door open for airflow during application and cure time, and normal household life goes on undisturbed.
