Like all true epoxies, constant direct UV will eventually dull the semi-gloss and can lighten the surface over years — it's a workhorse coating, not a show finish, and the black color keeps any UV effect far less visible than lighter colors would show. The non-skid performance and protection aren't affected. If showroom appearance in full sun matters more than maximum toughness, call us and we'll talk options.
