They're rated for professional duty — the US Army tested them against every other tile and rated ours best. The 1/4" solid PVC construction handles lifts-area traffic, jacks, and rolling toolboxes without indenting or splitting, and they carry a lifetime warranty. Shops use them where zero downtime matters (install and work the same day) or over slabs too damaged to be worth grinding.
