Worth checking before any coating. Tape a 2-foot square of plastic sheeting tight to the concrete for 24 hours, for larger floors do it in several spots; if condensation forms underneath or the concrete darkens, moisture is rising through the slab and you'll want our Moisture Sealing Epoxy as the first layer. If the plastic stays dry, standard prep and primer are all you need.
