Yes, but repair comes first — the coating protects the floor; it doesn't rebuild it. Patch pits, spalls, and cracks with our Instant Crack Repair for small areas, which lets you coat right over the repair without waiting days for it to cure like standard patch compounds. Use the Crack & Joint Repair Compound for larger areas. When repairing pitted areas, use less aggregate to form a thick slurry in lieu of a paste/grout consistency for filling cracks and holes. Then use a heavy-duty flat squeegee to spread the slurry around to fill the pits in. Shotblasting first will also open up and clean out the damaged areas so you can see exactly what needs patching.
