Yes — Heavy Tonnage is named for exactly this duty. It handles fully loaded truck and bus traffic, and its impact and hardness ratings are the highest in our lineup. Jack stands and support stands under loaded axles are fine too; if you want extra insurance on very heavy point loads, a steel plate under stands spreads the footprint, same as you'd do to protect any finished floor.
