Yes, and shops do it all the time — coat half the floor while working on the other half, then switch. To do it without leaving a seam, apply primer up to the dividing tape line, then apply the epoxy but stay back from the leading edge of the primer about 12". When ready to do the next section, rough up the exposed primer and about a 12" strip of the epoxy, then lightly overlap the primer and epoxy onto those sanded strips. Everything will blend together without a seam. If you have control joints, just paint up to each joint. The fast-dry primer option shortens each section's turnaround. And if even sectional downtime doesn't work for your schedule, that's exactly the case where the garage floor tiles win: install and drive on them the same day.
