Yes, but prep is everything. Oil spots must be fully degreased and the concrete profiled (acid etch or diamond grind) before coating — epoxy won't bond to contamination. If you are spot-treating areas, start by scrubbing Liquid Tide and muriatic acid into the oil stains. Heavily stained areas may need a second or third degreasing pass. Spot is clean when water doesn't bubble on it and or doesn't turn a rainbowish blue. If your slab is fully covered in heavy oil stains, prime with our Oil Bonding Primer; it chemically sticks to oil and grease in the slab. Or if you don't want to deal with prep, the tiles install right over stained concrete with zero prep.
