Yes. For epoxy, both the Military Industrial and Heavy Tonnage systems handle lift base plates and point loads without indenting — lifts bolt through the coating into the concrete as normal. For garage tiles, the best practice is to bolt the lift columns directly to the concrete and cut the tiles to fit around the base plates, which takes minutes with a utility knife or jigsaw. Jack stands and floor jacks are fine on both systems.
