Yes — you or any handyman or paint contractor can easily brush, roll, or spray it on, no experience needed. Roll with a 9" or 18" roller for most roofs; for 10,000+ sq ft, spray with a commercial rig (Graco Ultra Max 695/795 class). Don't start if temperatures will drop below 40°F during cure or rain is forecast, and note it's not for EPDM rubber roofs.
