This is where most coatings die and ours doesn't. Metal roofs move dramatically with temperature swings; this coating stretches with 500% elongation and 99.99% memory recovery, returning to its original shape cycle after cycle without wrinkling, cracking, splitting, or the pores enlarging allowing moisture to penetrate right through the coating. Enlarged pores in low quality coatings are the source of mysterious leaks you can never seem to find or fix. It also stays flexible down to -40°F.
