Yes, after proper cleaning: scrub stains with muriatic acid and Liquid Tide, rinse, repeat as needed, then neutralize with TSP. Test by sprinkling water — it should soak in, not bead up or turn a bluish rainbow. If a stain won't fully clean, use our Ultra Oil Stain Primer, which is engineered to bond with oil-contaminated concrete.
