Yes — select the Bonding Primer option and we swap it for the standard primer at no charge. It creates permanent adhesion over porcelain, ceramic, and quarry tile, wood, VCT, and sound existing coatings — and you'll get more coverage over tile or a previous coating than over bare concrete.
