The Commercial system is two layers primer and topcoat; this industrial system is 3 layers that adds the high-build military epoxy middle layer and the 4mg military-grade topcoat vs the 8 mg abrasion rating for the commercial system topcoat. So this is almost double the thickness and has a harder more durable topcoat. Choose Commercial for moderate to heavy traffic and this system for heavy to extra heavy traffic, heavy equipment, industrial abuse, or if you just want the maximum lifespan.
