In ASTM abrasion testing, a weighted abrasion wheel runs against the coating and the material lost is measured — lower is better. This topcoat loses just 4mg while the closest competitor loses 24mg, and typical epoxies run 24–50mg. That hardness is what resists tire wear, forklift traffic, and scratching year after year.
