If your floor is less than 5 years old, you should not fill it in since the floor may not have finished settling. If your floor is older, you can fill it in with either our Instant Crack Repair Compound or Crack Repair Mortar. We always recommend not filling them in. Once the control joints are finished with the epoxy coating, they add dimension to the floor and make it look like large slabs of granite or marble. Prior to coating the control joints would accumulate dirt and debris but now nothing will stick in the joints, a simple shot with a leaf blower clears out anything that might be in there.
