Epoxy will not stick to surfaces such as concrete with exposed aggregate like riverstone that have a nonporous smooth surface, polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon (PTFE), and other plastics with non-stick properties. It also has difficulty adhering to oily, greasy, or dusty surfaces unless they are properly cleaned and prepared.
