Epoxy coating typically lasts between 1 to 20 years, depending on factors like product quality, surface preparation, traffic volume, and maintenance. High-traffic areas or exposure to harsh chemicals may reduce its lifespan, as will not matching the epoxy's performance characteristics to the expected traffic load. Underated epoxies will always fail quicker than epoxies that are rated equal to or greater than the traffic load.
