Yes you can roll or brush Armor Chip or Armor Granite Garage Epoxy up your stem walls. When doing stem walls calculate the square footage and double it. Stem walls are notorious for consuming much more product than your floor. This way you'll be sure to have adequate material to complete your project without running short.
