ArmorTrak would be the best product for this. Exposed aggregate can be very difficult to adhere to sometimes so we would suggest a test patch to confirm the product will work long term.
We don't like short-term solutions and recommend you contact us for arranging some samples to test. Also please note that depending on the actual roughness of the surface, coverage can vary widely, a test patch can also serve as a guide to how much coverage the product would yield in your application
