No, each new batch will reactivate the epoxy on the roller and on the wet edge you leave on the previous section. Same for the epoxy on the mixer and in the mixing bucket. when finished applying the epoxy or primer spin the mixer in the bucket at high speed to remove excess epoxy. The epoxy will harden overnight in the bucket and you can reuse the mixer and the bucket the next day. What you can't do is use the same bucket for primer and then mix the epoxy if the primer in the bucket isn't completely hardened.
