The warranty for our Tar & Rubber roof coating excludes coverage for improper application, natural disasters, shifting or swelling of the roof structure, exposure to destructive chemicals, excessive debris accumulation, clogged drains causing ponding water, failure of previous coatings, negligence, misuse, or any cosmetic changes to the roof. Cosmetic changes do not affect the performance of the product.
