This rubberized epoxy roof coating is suitable for use on both flat and pitched asphalt-based roofs, such as torch-down or built-up roofs, and rubber EPDM roofs. It can be applied over most existing coatings, except for silicone-based roof coatings. Do not attempt to recoat silicone roof coatings with this rubber coating for roof surfaces. Once you apply a silicone coating to your roof, it's next to impossible to recoat it.
