Yes, you can coat over existing floors by using the Bonding Primer included in the system. This allows for easy renovations without needing to remove old flooring, saving labor and disposal costs. Be sure the existing coating is still well bonded to the floor. If more than 40% of the existing coating has peeled off then we recommend grinding off all the existing coating and starting fresh.
