Yes, a low VOC (volatile organic compounds) version is available and required for deliveries to CA, CT, DE, IL, IN, MD, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, KY, and Canada due to EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations.
