Use the Bonding Primer if you are applying over an existing coating. Bonding primer is designed to create a strong bond between different coatings, saving you from the hassle of grinding off the old epoxy. Make sure the existing coating is still well-bonded to the floor before coating over it. If not well-bonded, you need to diamond grind it off.
