No, even though the primer is solids based, it should not be used as the main garage floor coating. High solids epoxies should only be used as primers because they don't hold decorative chips as well and don’t give the deep, high-gloss finish that 100% solids epoxies provide. 100% solids means the epoxy contains no solvents, resulting in a thicker and more durable finish.
