If you do a coat of our Bonding Primer first, which is a good idea anytime you're using two dissimilar coatings, you should have no problem with hiding the color.
will it cover a current dark blue painted wood RENEW IT TEXTURED DECK COATING
looking to cover over an existing wood deck currently painted dark blue. It appears you only have a lighter blue but not sure if that will cover the existing paint?
